Contracting Fee Calculator
At Torreon Homes we believe you should not be punished for desiring quality and high end finishes in your home. For this reason we have created a standardized contracting fee model that uses square footage to determine the fee you will pay us for contracting your new home.
Jobs have a $40,000 minimum contracting fee

All materials, labor costs, subcontractor fees, permitting fees, and utility installation fees are not included in the contracting fee and are subject to state, county, and city sales tax

The contracting fee is strictly a project management fee
​
The contracting fee will be billed monthly based on the expected project timeline, in addition to previously mentioned fees as they are consumed
